Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Agent to join our International team at QuickSTAT Global Life Science Logistics, a Kuehne+Nagel company.
Your RoleAs a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by handling and monitoring client activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with other departments to achieve maximum client satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities- Process consignment orders from clients via email, telephone, and Quick's online booking portal, Quickonline, including routing, classifying service type, establishing deadlines, and printing job orders.
- Manage the green light approval process for consignments destined to non-EU destinations.
- Provide clients with continuous status notifications and perform necessary follow-ups, including relaying details on flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, additional charges, resolutions, etc.
- Monitor and action client emails via shared mailboxes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Calculate and arrange suitable temperature-controlled packaging and logger supplies.
- Track and trace consignments, providing clients with status updates throughout transit. Process client daily reports and manifests.
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner.
- Comprehensive understanding of courier/freight operations, including import/export/warehouse and transport.
- Good understanding of world geography.
- Comprehensive understanding of temperature-controlled packaging solutions available on the market.
- Knowledge of country-specific rules and regulations for importing and exporting pharmaceutical products.
- Awareness of time zones for different regions and understanding of transit milestones (COB/POD).
- Able to operate under pressurized situations.
- Flexible (OT/BH cover may be required).
