Netcel is a digital product consultancy that partners with leading organisations to create personalised digital products and experiences. We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to head up our Business Analysis (BA) function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the BA team, understanding and interpreting client requirements for digital solutions, and shaping and prioritizing digital product backlogs based on client value and delivery feasibility.
The role will also involve supporting delivery cycles and managing business handover to client teams. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable Business Analyst experience, ideally in a digital product consultancy, agency or similar company.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Strategically and operationally leading and growing the Business Analysis team at Netcel.
- Providing guidance and training to team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Taking ownership of the entire requirements process, from elicitation to documentation and sign-off, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
- Leading activities and engagement with stakeholders to elicit scope and requirements, such as demonstrations, business training, and handover of the solution.
- Working closely with the experience, solution engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure the solution is in line with business goals.
Requirements for the role include:
- Several years experience as a digital business analyst across a major digital product or digital product portfolio in a senior or lead capacity.
- Full project and development lifecycle experience, from requirements capture and design through to supporting the testing and delivery.
- Knowledge of digital product solutions and best practice approaches and methodologies.
- A great understanding of responsive websites, IA/UX, prototyping, design, build and third-party integration.
- Experience in defining, growing and leading a team of high performing BA professionals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels of the organisation.
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams and clients.
- Experience of digital products using Digital Experience Platforms (such as Optimizely, Adobe, Sitecore, Acquia or similar).
- Experience of defining and delivering client centric product handover and training programmes.
- Working knowledge of current and emerging web technologies.
- Recognisable Business Analyst certification.
