About the Role:


We are looking for a Strategic Digital Growth Director to join our Growth team. As a Client Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies across your portfolio of clients.


You will be commercially astute, targeted on delivering top-line revenue growth from your portfolio of clients, as well as client satisfaction.


The role requires a consultative sales approach and the ability to identify your clients' key problem areas, business objectives, commercial goals, and priorities.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Work effectively as part of a team, bringing practitioners together to find solutions to client business challenges.
  • Manage annual client budgets of £300k-£500k+.
  • Develop strong listening skills to quickly grasp what the clients' motivations are and what solutions they need.
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset to identify growth opportunities and convert them into revenue.
  • Be highly organized to orchestrate clients and teams to meet strategic goals.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently create and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Be a confident and strong commercial negotiator, focused on value and ROI.
  • Familiarity with CMS/DXP and connected technologies is desirable.
