About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Account Director to join our Growth team at Netcel. As a Client Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies across your portfolio of clients, generating revenue growth, building client trust, and delivering client results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Success - Develop and execute growth strategies to deliver top-line revenue growth from your portfolio of clients.
  • Client Growth - Plan the short and long-term growth of your client portfolio, working with practice leads to identify opportunities to strengthen and broaden our service offering.
  • Client Experience - Interpret and add value to addressing a client's business problem, always thinking about the longer-term ambition and objectives of your clients and their business.

What We Are Looking For

  • Account Director Experience - Demonstrable experience working as an Account Director in a digital consultancy, agency, or similar company.
  • Commercial Skills - Strong listening skills, ability to quickly grasp what the client's motivations are, and what solutions they need.
  • Growth Mindset - Entrepreneurial mindset, identifying growth opportunities and converting them into revenue.
