Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing building services, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes, and reactive maintenance (RM) in accordance with building operating manuals and contract service levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with the Facilities Coordinator and Management team to provide contractors with access to site during normal working hours across 9 sites in the Doncaster region.
  2. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the site service engineer's and Contract Delivery Manager, including fault finding, testing, repairing, and preventative maintenance of equipment, systems, and services.
  3. Close and update completed PPM tasks on the CAFM system.
  4. Ensure a safe and healthy working environment, and comply with all Company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures, and working arrangements.
  5. Prepare and adhere to Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices.
  6. Supervise engineering subcontractors and ensure they comply with contractual commitments and site operating processes.
  7. Follow the appropriate controls within the Permit to Work systems.
  8. Support the static and mobile Site Services Officers/Engineers.
  9. Ability to fault find and rectify.
  10. Support the site service engineer's, contract management & admin team through the operations office, dealing with day-to-day engineering & other contract issues.
  11. Record engineering performance.
  12. Ability to communicate with others effectively, including clients and end users.
  13. Flexible approach to working times to suit client and business requirements.
  14. Respond to emergency situations in both normal and out-of-hours working times.
  15. Support the organising and direction of subcontractor labour as necessary.
  16. Conduct asset collections and condition surveys to assist the site service engineer's and Contract Delivery Manager.
  17. Maintain Health & Safety records and ensure good practice.
  18. Other duties as requested by the site service engineer's and Contract Delivery Manager to ensure smooth running of the contracts within the region.

Requirements:

  • Current Full UK driving licence.
  • Good awareness of Health & Safety working practices.
  • Understanding of basic joinery, general DIY, and basic plumbing.
