Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Integral UK. As a Mobile Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing building services, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes, and reactive maintenance (RM) in accordance with building operating manuals and contract service levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Facilities Coordinator and Management team to provide contractors with access to site during normal working hours across 9 sites in the Doncaster region.
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the site service engineers and Contract Delivery Manager, including fault finding, testing, repairing, and preventative maintenance of equipment, systems, and services.
  • Close and update completed PPM tasks on the CAFM system.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment, and comply with all Company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures, and working arrangements.
  • Prepare and adhere to Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices.
  • Supervise engineering subcontractors and ensure they comply with contractual commitments and site operating procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of building services and maintenance procedures, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills.
