Key Responsibilities:

* Market properties to potential tenants
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers
* Agree new tenancies
* Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants

Your Journey:

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, your journey will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre. You will receive industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions, as well as day-to-day learning led by our industry experts. You will also enjoy a fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training and breakfast, lunch, and an evening meal provided during your stay.
