About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Auction Sales Advisor/Valuer to join our specialist department at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the department, property appraisals, and participating in the growth of the department through ONLINE and LIVE auctions.

Key Responsibilities
  • General sales duties, including phone calls and database management
  • Appraising property and land, depending on experience
  • Dealing with pre-Auction offers and Auction enquiries
  • Negotiating post-auction sales
  • Booking viewings and photos and measure-ups
  • Ad-hoc viewings and Facebook campaigns
  • Mailchimp campaigns
Requirements
  • Property sales experience is essential
  • Must have a full driving license and own a car
  • Have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care
  • Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system
  • Proactive and business-minded
  • Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
  • Strong organisational skills - able to prioritise own time and workload
  • Ability to work well on their own and as a team
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
