Job Opportunity: Property Auctions Valuer

Magnus James, a national specialist recruiter for the property industry, is seeking a highly skilled Property Auctions Valuer to join their team. This is a rare opportunity for a passionate Estate Agent looking for a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property valuations and appraisals
  • Manage databases and maintain accurate records
  • Handle pre-Auction offers and negotiations
  • Respond to Auction enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Negotiate post-Auction sales and resolve any issues
  • Perform ad-hoc viewings and take photos and measurements
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Proven property sales experience and a strong understanding of the industry
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Proactive and business-minded with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
