About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Auction Sales Advisor/Valuer to join our specialist department at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the department, property appraisals, and participating in the growth of the department through ONLINE and LIVE auctions.

Key Responsibilities
  • General sales duties, including phone calls and client communication
  • Appraising property and land, utilizing your expertise to provide accurate valuations
  • Database management and maintenance to ensure seamless client interactions
  • Dealing with pre-Auction offers and Auction enquiries, providing exceptional client service
  • Negotiating post-auction sales, utilizing your negotiation skills to secure the best outcomes
  • Answering phone messages and booking viewings to facilitate smooth client interactions
  • Photos and measure-ups to showcase properties in the best light
  • Ad-hoc viewings and client meetings to ensure client satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing Facebook and Mailchimp campaigns to engage with clients and promote properties
Requirements
  • Property sales experience is essential, with a proven track record of success
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle to facilitate client visits and property viewings
  • A commitment to providing an exceptional standard of client care, with a focus on building strong relationships
  • IT literacy, with experience using web-based case management systems
  • Proactive and business-minded, with a focus on driving sales and growth
  • Able to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with a strong emphasis on client communication
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, with a focus on utilizing technology to drive sales and growth
