We are seeking an experienced Auction Sales Advisor/Valuer to join our specialist department at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a key member of the team, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the department, property appraisals, and contribute to the growth of the department through ONLINE and LIVE auctions.
Key Responsibilities- General sales duties, including phone calls and client communication
- Appraising property and land, with a focus on providing accurate valuations
- Database management and maintenance
- Dealing with pre-Auction offers and negotiations
- Responding to Auction enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Negotiating post-auction sales and ensuring a smooth transaction process
- Managing viewings, photos, and measure-ups
- Assisting with Facebook and Mailchimp campaigns to promote our services
- Proven property sales experience, with a strong understanding of the local market
- A full driving license and access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client care
- IT literacy, with experience of using web-based case management systems
- Proactive and business-minded, with a strong work ethic
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
