Property Auctions Valuer Role

This is a rare opportunity for a Property Auctions Valuer to join a thriving Estate Agent based in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of the Auctions team by conducting valuations, managing databases, and negotiating post-auction sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting valuations of properties and land
  • Managing databases and maintaining accurate records
  • Negotiating post-auction sales and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Working closely with the Auctions team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property sales and valuations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and time management skills
  • Full driving license and own vehicle
