Senior Manager for Carer Support Services

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of carers' issues and a genuine commitment to and sympathy with our objectives. You will maintain our ethos and provide vision as CEO.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the charity's strategic development and implementation
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the organisation
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including Trustees, Team Management Group, and staff
- Driving organisational change and improvement initiatives
You will have experience of leading a third sector, public or commercial service organisation with a track record of performance delivery.
