Residential Carer

We are seeking compassionate and skilled residential carers who can provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in need. As a residential carer, you will play a vital role in promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Salary: £35 per hour (competitive fees and allowances)
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to children and young people. As a residential carer, you will be responsible for providing individualized care and support to meet the unique needs of each child.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
- Support the child's educational, emotional, and social development
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the child
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience working with children and young people in a care or support setting
- Knowledge of childcare legislation and policies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- The legal right to live and work in the UK
- Be at least 21 years old (no upper age limit)
