Job Title: Residential Carer

We are seeking compassionate and skilled residential carers who can provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in need. As a residential carer, you will play a vital role in promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Salary: £35 per hour (competitive fees and allowances)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Support the child's educational, emotional, and social development
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the child
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working with children and young people in a care or support setting
  • Knowledge of childcare legislation and policies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • The legal right to live and work in the UK
  • Be at least 21 years old (no upper age limit)
