Product Marketing Manager - Savings & Habits
OverviewAt Cleo AI, we're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy for Savings and Habit building features. As a key member of our product marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our product marketing strategy, driving product adoption, engagement, and user delight.
Responsibilities- Develop and own the GTM strategy for Savings and Habit building features.
- Lead product-specific go-to-market initiatives, including product messaging and positioning, pricing and packaging, and influencing cross-functional alignment.
- Be the voice of our customer, deeply understanding how and why users engage with our Savings and Habit building products and identifying unarticulated needs.
- Support in building and implementing audience segmentation strategies relevant to the FinTech ecosystem.
- Own competitive intelligence, identifying and analyzing competitive offerings and delivering relevant updates to product and marketing teams.
- Iterate with Data, synthesizing inputs from product, growth, marketing, user research, and the wider industry.
- Communicate & Influence, proactively updating product squads and marketing teams on product developments, roadmaps, testing, messaging, and positioning.
- Drive product growth, supporting product feature campaigns for existing product updates and working closely with CRM and performance marketing teams.
- Be our product spokesperson, representing Cleo AI at partner events, on social media, and to influencers, press, panels, and end-users.
- Produce content, developing product-based content in partnership with our creative studio, product, and engineering teams.
- Drive impact, measuring success by tracking relevant metrics and KPIs.
- Internal and external product expert, developing and communicating a deep understanding of Cleo AI's AI, savings, budgeting, and challenges capabilities.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in product marketing with a proven track record of executing in high-growth and fast-paced environments.
- Embody a customer-obsessed mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and work with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Experience building new products from pre-ideation stages.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Superb project management and presentation skills.
- Embraces teamwork, with a track record of successful collaborative projects across functions.
- Proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy.
- Experience in B2C product marketing is required.
- Experience in FinTech is of interest, but not required.
