Product Marketing Manager - Savings & Habits

Overview

At Cleo AI, we're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy for Savings and Habit building features. As a key member of our product marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our product marketing strategy, driving product adoption, engagement, and user delight.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and own the GTM strategy for Savings and Habit building features.
  2. Lead product-specific go-to-market initiatives, including product messaging and positioning, pricing and packaging, and influencing cross-functional alignment.
  3. Be the voice of our customer, deeply understanding how and why users engage with our Savings and Habit building products and identifying unarticulated needs.
  4. Support in building and implementing audience segmentation strategies relevant to the FinTech ecosystem.
  5. Own competitive intelligence, identifying and analyzing competitive offerings and delivering relevant updates to product and marketing teams.
  6. Iterate with Data, synthesizing inputs from product, growth, marketing, user research, and the wider industry.
  7. Communicate & Influence, proactively updating product squads and marketing teams on product developments, roadmaps, testing, messaging, and positioning.
  8. Drive product growth, supporting product feature campaigns for existing product updates and working closely with CRM and performance marketing teams.
  9. Be our product spokesperson, representing Cleo AI at partner events, on social media, and to influencers, press, panels, and end-users.
  10. Produce content, developing product-based content in partnership with our creative studio, product, and engineering teams.
  11. Drive impact, measuring success by tracking relevant metrics and KPIs.
  12. Internal and external product expert, developing and communicating a deep understanding of Cleo AI's AI, savings, budgeting, and challenges capabilities.
Requirements
  1. 4+ years of relevant experience in product marketing with a proven track record of executing in high-growth and fast-paced environments.
  2. Embody a customer-obsessed mindset.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and work with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  4. Experience building new products from pre-ideation stages.
  5. Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
  6. Superb project management and presentation skills.
  7. Embraces teamwork, with a track record of successful collaborative projects across functions.
  8. Proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy.
  9. Experience in B2C product marketing is required.
  10. Experience in FinTech is of interest, but not required.
