Marketing Position for Product Identity

Service Express is seeking a skilled Product Marketing Strategist to join our global team. This role involves shaping our product's identity in the market through compelling messaging and facilitating communication across our global community. The successful candidate will drive the creation and execution of marketing plans, focusing on data-driven decision-making and tangible results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develops and maintains an up-to-date understanding of our Managed Infrastructure Services offering, IBM Power Platform, and related customer strategies and challenges.
  2. Develops go-to-market strategy and global roadmap of new branded solutions and services, alongside our ELT, Service and Product leaders.
  3. Works with Service, and Product & Innovation to prioritise and release new features based on customer needs.
  4. Provides timeline and gathers resources to execute product roadmap.
  5. Champions new ideas and concepts to create effective engaging content based on market trends and product categories.
  6. Partners with Brand team to plan and execute product marketing campaigns.
  7. Manages overall project responsibilities, including planning, executing, communicating, and future maintenance of products.
  8. Reviews SEO and paid advertising efforts with the web team to keep our website competitive for the MIS portfolio.
  9. Communicates with marketing team members and Sales Enablement team to coordinate and communicate all future releases and upgrades to associated parties.
  10. Audits content to ensure all sales and marketing materials are up to date and consistent with message and offering.
  11. Builds relationships with the internal salesforce, communicates with them regularly to listen and extract from field experiences to generate new strategies.
  12. Partners with Demand Generation on go-to-market strategies and campaign reporting.
  13. Maintains inventory of printed collateral, giveaways, and apparel in European headquarters.
  14. Attends European sales meetings and huddles as a representative of the global marketing team.
