About the Role

We're seeking a Product Marketing Strategist to join our team at Entrepreneur First. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive growth and adoption of our platform.

As a Product Marketing Strategist, you'll work closely with our product and go-to-market teams to bring the benefits of our platform to life and tell compelling stories to our users. You'll support campaigns to drive discovery, activation, and engagement for new and existing product features, and contribute to brand-level campaigns that showcase our impact.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of our markets, users, and buyers to craft powerful positioning of new and existing products
  • Launching and overseeing strategies that deepen the adoption of product features at each stage of the user journey
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate technical features into user and customer-centric benefits
  • Acting as a champion for user needs and driving product development to meet user requirements

We're looking for a highly analytical and empathetic individual who can think creatively and develop compelling stories to drive user engagement. If you have a passion for product marketing and a desire to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000, plus £50,750 share options. You'll also have access to a flexible benefits provider, Happl, with a budget of £600 to spend on perks of your choice. We're an office-first company, with the option to work remotely 2 days a week. You'll also have access to allocated annual learning & development budget, enhanced parental leave policy, and more.
