Therapist for Elderly Home Care

We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing home-based services to older adults with diverse healthcare needs.
About the RoleIn this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for delivering tailored occupational therapy interventions that promote client independence, autonomy, and overall wellbeing.
You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to assess client needs, develop and implement care plans, and monitor progress towards desired outcomes.
Key requirements for success include:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000-$90,000, dependent on your level of experience and qualifications.
