Job Title: Elderly Care Home Leader

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to lead our passionate and welcoming team at Spencer House Care Home in Northamptonshire.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent person-centred quality care to residents in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.
  • Meet regulatory requirements, professional and statutory standards, and business performance targets.
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care, person-centred care, and ensure residents receive care based on best practice.
  • Provide on-going inspirational leadership and management to the staff team.
  • Manage costs effectively and maintain budgetary controls by reviewing regularly and monitoring stock.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of four years' experience in a similar care environment.
  • Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Competence in IT.
  • Adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience
