About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead our acquiring sales efforts in the UK. Reporting to the Group Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for shaping the UK acquiring strategy and leading a high-performing sales team to ensure our continued success in this market.

Main Responsibilities
  • UK Sales Strategy Development (Acquiring & POS)
    • Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy for the UK acquiring market, including expanding awareness and driving sales for POS services.
    • Identify growth opportunities and key segments to drive market penetration and revenue.
  • Sales Leadership & Team Management
    • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing UK sales team, ensuring targets are met.
    • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
    • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent, ensuring the team is equipped to succeed.
  • Sales Process Optimization
    • Continuously refine and optimize the UK sales process to enhance efficiency and scalability.
    • Implement best practices in lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing sales teams, particularly in the UK acquiring market. They should have demonstrated ability to develop and execute robust sales strategies that drive revenue and market expansion. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, as they will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams to align sales strategies.
