  • The team functions on a duty rota, enabling efficient organization and documentation of tasks.

Position Details

  • These roles come with a competitive market supplement and are subject to regular reviews.
  • Permanent roles are available within the Initial Response Team in Intake & Assessment.
  • Social Workers may participate in care and private law proceedings.
  • The Intake and Assessment Team in Cardiff consists of seasoned professionals who provide mutual support during challenging scenarios.

Candidate Profile

  • The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in assessment, care planning, person-centered approaches, and care management.
  • Collaboration with partners to identify and address individuals' care and support needs is essential.
  • Registered Social Workers should possess strong assessment capabilities, be skilled in producing clear documentation, and excel in teamwork, communication, organization, and IT skills.
