Head of Events Management

As the Head of Events Management at New Wine Trust, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of all New Wine events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional delegate experiences. Your leadership will drive the Events Team to deliver outstanding results, aligning with the organization's strategic vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Events Team, comprising 5 individuals, in managing event production, logistics, and delegate management.
- Collaborate with the National Leadership Team to develop and implement event strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee event planning, coordination, and delivery, including managing external consultants and professionals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining high-quality event experiences.
