  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Support customers with online registration and order processing
  • Assist with customer security checks and flagged issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional support and communication

The estimated salary for this role is £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
