About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. This role involves working closely with students who have complex needs, helping them build confidence and social skills.

As a member of our team, you will provide a caring and structured environment that fosters emotional well-being and personal growth. Your daily activities may include assisting with personal care, collaborating with teachers and other staff members to support educational goals, and creating a fun and engaging atmosphere where all students feel included and valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with complex needs in building confidence and social skills.
  • Provide a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in education or related field (not required but preferred).
  • Relevant experience working with children or adults with special needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid training and career development opportunities.
