Job Title: Student Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated Student Coordinator to join our team. As a Student Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of Candela Academy, ensuring the success of each student.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and facilitate the academic journey of designated students, working closely with tutors and mentors to ensure seamless support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and communication.
  • Monitor student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions to support their academic growth.
  • Proactively manage and resolve issues, escalating concerns to the wider team as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date on the UK education sector, providing valuable insights and recommendations to the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) from a UK or US university.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in mainstream office software, including Google Workplace and Microsoft Office.

  • Competitive salary range: £20,000 - £26,000 per annum (plus performance-based bonus).
