Sales Growth Manager

Nexus Elite is seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to drive revenue expansion across our Seasonal Turnaround Services (STS) business unit.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing new business opportunities with Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) organisations and universities.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the facilities management industry, and a proven track record of delivering results-driven sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently, generate new leads, and complete bids in private sector (PBSA) and public sector (university) RFP processes.
Your key responsibilities will include achieving STS PBSA sales targets, STS university sales targets, and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Competitive remuneration package includes a basic salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus commission and car allowance.
