We are seeking an experienced Service Development Manager to join our team at Positive Futures. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing high-quality services that meet the needs and aspirations of individuals with learning disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care related qualification and 2 years of experience in a Health and Social Care setting, or 4 years of experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent management and supervisory skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

As a Service Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing service plans that align with our mission and values
  • Leading teams of staff to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients
  • Working closely with stakeholders to identify gaps in service provision and develop solutions to address them

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a health cash plan, 24/7 telephone access to a UK GP, and a full paid induction.
