A Business Development Manager is required by a leading IT managed services, cyber security, and cloud solutions provider based in Omagh, Co Tyrone.

The company has an established reputation and works closely with top technology names and has a diverse client portfolio across GB and ROI.

This role will be instrumental in driving new business growth, developing a network of contacts to attract new customers, and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with business owners, IT managers, CTOs, procurement teams, and high-level decision makers within those businesses to sell the company's services.
  • Proactively source new customers and business opportunities, ensuring accurate management of the pipeline and communication through the CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer market intelligence database.
  • Provide tailored quotations, relevant information, and data to potential customers, as well as delivering presentations, demonstrations, and events to showcase the company's services.
  • Collaborate with various business functions, including technical, sales, and administration, to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Attend relevant sales and marketing events to promote the business and expand its reach.
  • Remain informed about the latest developments in IT services and cyber security.
  • Deliver regular sales reports and updates on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales targets, projections, and revenue forecasts from the CRM pipeline.
  • Ensure all communications are handled efficiently through the existing CRM system.
