Positive Futures is seeking a skilled Learning Disability Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing high-quality services that empower adults with learning disabilities to live independent lives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care related qualification and 2 years of experience in a Health and Social Care setting, or 4 years of experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of working with diverse groups of people.

As a Learning Disability Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the delivery of services that meet the needs and aspirations of individuals with learning disabilities
  • Building relationships with stakeholders to identify gaps in service provision and develop solutions to address them
  • Providing support and guidance to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a health cash plan, 24/7 telephone access to a UK GP, and a full paid induction. If you are passionate about empowering adults with learning disabilities, we would love to hear from you.
