**Job Title:** Learning Disability/Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and caring Support Worker to join our team at Woodbank House, a supported living accommodation in Omagh.

The successful candidate will work with individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues, providing personalized care and support to enable them to live fulfilling lives.

The ideal candidate will have QCF/NVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent, as well as 6 months' experience in a formal care/support role. Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities/mental health issues is also essential.

Our team offers a competitive salary of £24,500 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including 20-23 days annual leave, increasing with length of service, contributory pension scheme, and enhanced sick pay, maternity pay, and paternity pay.
