Donard Recruitment invites applications from experienced Medical Disability Evaluators to join our team. In this role, you will utilize your clinical expertise to deliver comprehensive assessments for the government's disability allowance (PIP).

About the Role
Salary: £38,500 - £41,500 per annum*
*OTE: £45,650*

You will be responsible for managing caseloads from end to end, including face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone calls, and paper-based reports. This role requires excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy, as well as relevant qualifications and experience. With time built into your schedule for breaks, CPD, and team meetings, this role offers greater job variety and autonomy.

Your Skills and Qualifications
A qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic with 1+ years of post-qualification experience is required. You must also hold valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions. Strong IT skills and excellent communication skills are also essential for success in this role.
