Senior Business Development Manager

Spreetail is a leading ecommerce company that propels brands to increase their market share across the globe while improving operational costs.
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Merchants team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own sales pipeline, prospecting via various channels, leading meetings & negotiations, and deal closing with executive level vendor contacts.
- Build and promote strong customer relationships by partnering with key stakeholders and understanding their needs and requirements.
- Be a hunter, driven to win and close deals every day, who understands how to build and manage their own pipeline of opportunities.
- Consistent record of achievement in goals and being data and revenue driven.
- Drive dialogue and negotiations with executive level vendor contacts to set favorable business conditions for Spreetail.
Requirements:
- 3+ years business development experience.
- 3+ years end-to-end sales experience to drive a sale across the sales pipeline from research & proposal to creating a PO.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by success and enjoys working in a high pace environment.
- High level of attention to detail.
- ESSENTIAL: Mandarin Speaking.
