Mechanical Supervisor Leadership Role

We are seeking an exceptional Mechanical Supervisor to oversee our large new build commercial project in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full mechanical package, from organizing subcontractor work to ensuring high-quality finishes. Your expertise in commercial and residential projects will be invaluable in delivering this complex project.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and manage the work of subcontractors to achieve timely completion of tasks
  2. Oversee the installation of LTHW, CHW, CCHW, pipe fitting, pumps, valves, FCUs, ventilation, ductwork, toilets, sinks, taps, radiators, and associated mechanical systems
  3. Collaborate with the construction team to ensure seamless handover of apartments, incorporating HIUs, MVHRs, first fix plumbing, and finals
  4. Maintain quality control and health and safety standards throughout the project
  5. Source and procure materials on site and utilize computer software for administrative tasks
  6. Conduct toolbox talks and supervise various mechanical trades
  7. Participate in regular client progress meetings and prepare detailed daily reports
  8. Develop and implement method statements and risk assessments

The compensation package includes a salary range of £270-£290 per day or £50,000-£60,000 + benefits, reflecting the importance of this role in our organization.
