Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Adult Services Manager to lead our social work team in providing high-quality care and support to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead the social work team to ensure compliance with current legislation and statutory regulations.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop individually tailored programs for each client.
  • Collaborate with relatives, agencies, and other organizations to coordinate admissions, discharges, and long-term needs.
  • Supervise and practice teach students and trainees assigned to the unit.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social work, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
