Children Social Work Team Lead

Our client, a leading authority in the field of children's social work, is seeking an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their Fostering Service. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for vulnerable children in care.
About the Role
- This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a sound understanding of supervision and assessment practices.
- You will work closely with foster carers, undertaking unannounced visits to ensure the safety and well-being of children in their care.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years' experience working in a Children setting.
- A proven track record of undertaking supervision and assessments that prioritize the needs of vulnerable children.
