About the Role

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Maximising Independence Team as a key contributor in delivering high-quality support to adults in the community.

In this role, you will work closely with a range of national health and social care organisations to enable individuals to build and maintain independence and live fulfilling lives.

As a dynamic and motivational team member, you will be proactive, autonomous, and keen to further develop your social care skills.

We require applicants to hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in social care, or have demonstrable knowledge and skills suitable for the role.

We are looking for someone who can bring creativity and flair to this role, along with experience in social care.
