Take on the management of service delivery, with particular attention to housing management and maintenance issues.
Engaging residents and developing a tight knit community spirit through the facilitation of regular social events and activities.
The Croft scheme is attractively landscaped and is conveniently situated for travel to Bourne town centre. Close to various local amenities, the scheme is also well served by local public transport, with a bus-stop close by.

To be successful in application for our Assistant Scheme Manager position, youll have a customer focused background with the ability to engage residents whilst holding basic digital skills (Microsoft Office, etc). You will need to have a full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle.
