Job Description
  • Servicing incoming groups/events and maintaining liaison between customers, their representatives, and hotel departments.
  • Implementing excellent customer service for successful event execution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with property staff and customers to identify and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of related experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet business needs.
Salary Range

$15 - $17 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
