About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team at ICE Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive demand and lead generation for our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive product awareness and interest
  • Create and execute campaigns to bring new prospects into the buying process
  • Plan activities to turn engaged audiences into qualified leads
  • Tailor content marketing programs to nurture leads for business conversations
  • Build a qualified lead pipeline to support and enable sales growth
  • Work closely with the sales team to align on agreed goals and ICPs
  • Collaborate with key departments to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives
  • Use data segmentation to plan relevant campaigns targeting specific industry sectors and buyer personas
  • Use data and analytics to track campaign effectiveness, identify insights to optimize performance, and report against KPIs and budget

Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of subscription-based B2B information services
  • Track record of executing marketing strategies that successfully generate pipeline for new business expansion
  • Knowledge of the lead funnel, from lead MQL to SQL to opportunity to close
  • Solid marketing automation platforms proficiency (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and prospecting list tools (e.g. Cognism)
  • Appreciation of lead scoring (demographic, firmographic, and behavioral factors)
  • Skilled at defining lead qualification criteria and ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Hands-on digital marketing channels expertise (i.e. email, SEO, PPC, social media)
  • Experience of working closely with direct sales teams to drive new business
  • Strong communicator, able to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects on time and within budget
  • Analytical and data-driven, able to derive actionable insights from data to inform marketing strategies and decisions
