Job Role: Therapeutic Practitioner
Staffing Centre Limited is proud to partner with a leading Therapeutic Residential Children's Home, seeking a skilled Therapeutic Practitioner to join their team. The successful candidate will support the home's day-to-day care planning, providing 1:1 and group meetings with young people, and working with the team to create targeted therapeutic care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager in overseeing care planning
- Offer 1:1 and group meetings with young people
- Contribute to creating targeted therapeutic care plans and keywork for young people
- Assist with education planning to support schools
- Lead 1:1 supervisions and group supervisions with the team
Requirements:
- Strong therapeutic skills and experience working with young people
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team
- High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
