About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MSK Clinician to join our team at Vita Health Group Ltd. As a Sports Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver soft tissue treatments and run rehabilitation classes to support patients in their recovery
  • Utilize your musculoskeletal knowledge to provide assessments and treatments of the spine, upper limb, and lower limb
  • Manage a caseload of patients and work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of rehabilitation programs and provide ongoing support to patients
Requirements
  • Degree in Sports Rehabilitation or related field
  • Full graduate membership of BASRaT and entitlement to use the title Graduate Sports Rehabilitator
  • Minimum one year MSK/Occupational Health experience in a clinical setting
  • Experience of working individually and within a team
  • Proven experience of managing a caseload of patients and running rehabilitation classes
  • Ability to deliver soft tissue treatments, set goals, and design individualized and progressive rehabilitation programs
  • Adept in time management and prioritization
  • Sound musculoskeletal knowledge including assessment/treatment of common conditions of the spine, upper limb, and lower limb
  • Awareness of post-operative protocols and precautions
  • Basic knowledge of the occupational health sector, including benefits of physiotherapy OH
  • Friendly and approachable with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of the client
  • Awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience of working with physiotherapists
  • Prior occupational health experience
  • Functional testing and fitness for work testing (e.g. lift, push/pull)
  • Return to work planning
  • An up-to-date CPD portfolio
