**Need to Know**

Response Physio & Sports Therapy comprises a network of 18 clinics across the UK looking after patients who are self paying or referred by the NHS or their insurance company.

We have a growing support centre team based in West Bridgford, Nottingham & now have a rare and exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join us.

**Referral Administrator Role and Responsibilities**:

- Answering the telephone & acting as the first point of contact for appointments with our clinicians
- Use of our diary system to manage clinician diaries across the country
- Ensure patient information is accurate & up to date
- Liaison with our countrywide clinical team & referring bodies to resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure the safe handling of customer data at all times
- To provide customer service excellence at all times

**Role Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you will have a professional & positive approach and the below skillset:

- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to quickly build rapport
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
- Previous experience within a customer service roles
- The ability to work in a continuously developing environment
- Strong problem solving skills

Our advanced digital health services support our face to face (F2F) clinic services, helping us to maintain the highest standards of care with the latest technologies and treatments.
