A fresh opportunity for a highly skilled Transaction Manager has arisen with Kream

As a Transaction Manager, you will be tasked with maximising all aspects of sales gross profit, specialising in finance, insurance, and value-added products. You will be at the very centre of customer enquiries; ensuring the team handle each opportunity professionally and thoroughly.

The role responsibilities extend to:

  1. Discussing the financial requirements of each customer.
  2. Advising customers on finance, insurance, extended warranty and a range of approved products / services.
  3. Providing customers with all necessary information so that they have a clear understanding of all aspects of their purchase commitment.
  4. Identify the need for, and implement, coaching, mentoring and training.
  5. Proposing financial agreements whilst ensuring that all documentation is accurate and FCA compliant.
  6. Deputise for the Sales / General Sales Manager at times of absence.
  7. Construct (stack) deals for presentation to the customer.

Previous main dealer automotive experience in a comparable role is essential.

This role would ideally be suited to an existing Retail, Brand, Business or Transaction Manager who seek the opportunity to align with a business and brand of choice: accelerating their career and enjoying strong rewards.
