Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Workshop Recruitment.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels, including phone, webchat, and email.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide high-level customer service, responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and resolving issues.
- Order Processing: Accurately process orders and bookings, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, maximizing order values and driving revenue growth.
- Patient Payment Processing: Collect payment details and process payments securely and efficiently.
You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring that they have an excellent experience with our company.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, able to resolve complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Have a good understanding of our products and services, including features and benefits.
- Team Player: Be a team player, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Earn a competitive salary, ranging from £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Quarterly Bonus Scheme: Participate in a quarterly bonus scheme, rewarding individual and team performance.
- Holiday Entitlement: Enjoy 25 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8pm-6am, with occasional Saturday morning shifts. A valid driver's license is required due to limited public transportation options.
