Customer Acquisition Specialist

Fareham, Hampshire

£26,200 per annum plus annual bonus scheme

We are seeking a skilled Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Fareham. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and growing our existing customer base through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers to establish trust and loyalty, and ultimately drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive and proactive in our sales efforts.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within a B2B context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • A results-driven approach, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
