Job Description

The Role:

We seek a skilled mid-senior level product manager to join our team in Cambridge, UK. This role involves defining product strategy, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and executing the product vision.

As a Product Manager at Redgate, you will work closely with the Chief Product Officer and Group Product Managers to ensure that products achieve key goals and align with company direction.

You will also partner with the product Technical Lead and Designer to deliver a high-quality, sustainable product roadmap.

Additionally, you will collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure that products provide complementary added value, strengthening the wider portfolio offering.

Your Work at Redgate Software:

  • Definition of product strategy and underlying commercial plans
  • Collaboration with senior stakeholders to execute the product vision
  • Partnering with the product Technical Lead and Designer to deliver a high-quality product roadmap
  • Collaboration with other Product Managers to ensure complementary added value

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Mid-senior level Product Management experience in the B2B software space
  • Customer and commercially minded approach
  • Leveraging data to drive decision-making
  • Proven market research and competitive analysis skills
