About the Job

This Sustainability Strategy Lead position is responsible for developing and implementing energy efficiency strategies across our portfolio of assets. The successful candidate will have a strong background in energy management and sustainability.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for energy savings and develop strategies to achieve them.
  2. Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for energy-efficient upgrades and retrofits.
  3. Develop and manage energy-related budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
Essential Qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant field such as engineering, building services or energy management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in energy management, including energy procurement and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £65,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also have access to comprehensive benefits and ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
