Job Description

We are seeking an experienced R&D Sales Director to join our team and help us drive growth in the Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by R&D teams and possess excellent relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and CxOs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth in the Life Sciences industry.
  2. Collaborate with the Hybrid Intelligence team to identify opportunities and build relationships with senior stakeholders and CxOs.
  3. Work closely with Capgemini Engineering Account Managers and Client Partners to develop and implement winning sales plans.

The role requires a high level of technical knowledge and domain expertise, as well as excellent influencing and communication skills. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of delivering results.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, mental health support, and professional development opportunities.
