Technical Support Lead

Talent Locker is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading our MDM device management and operational IT support teams, driving continuous improvement to our ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on MDM device management and operational IT support
  • Provide senior technical IT support and manage technical documentation and SOP updates
  • Oversee monitoring and proactive remediation actions using tools like Splunk and Meraki
  • Lead regional Windows and iOS patching and compliance
  • Manage regional device policies and support regional device deployment
  • Provide access support for third-party partners and offer Level 3 application and integration support
  • Lead archiving projects, document, and test the end-to-end break-fix process for the Service Desk team
  • Extract data from various databases and facilitate the deployment of technologies

Requirements:

  • Strong MDM (mobile device management), Intune, and basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell / SQL)
  • All-round tech background with experience in ITSM processes
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 2 days on-site and 3 days remote/WFH

What We Offer:
