Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team in London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a market leading course created by an industry legend to clients within the marketing and advertising world.
As a Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to showcase your cold calling skills and work with a growth mindset, close-knit, sociable business that values strong progression pathways.
The role offers hybrid working, with three days per week spent in our Warren Street office, providing a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell training courses to clients within the marketing and advertising industry
- Utilize cold calling skills to generate new business opportunities
- Work closely with a tight-knit team to drive sales growth and develop strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
- At least 12 months of B2B sales experience, self-generating and closing own business
- Tenacious, confident, and driven individual with a natural ability to 'hunt' new business opportunities
- Ideally come from a marketing and advertising background

Benefits:
- Salary: £30 - 35k basic, OTE £45k (uncapped)
- Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays + birthday and dates between Christmas & NY off
- Hybrid working, 3 days pw in the Warren Street office
